Initial Consultation

This provides you the client the chance to meet your personal trainer before taking part in any sessions. It also enables the personal trainer to pick up any information about the client that they may need before a session starts. Health screenings and informed consents will also be completed during the consultation.

The training session is designed to meet the needs of the client. Provides high motivation and can be used For:
