The class looks at Boxing training techniques to provide an hour long exercise session. Exercise doesn't just have to be all about your legs! Boxercise provides a great work out for the upperbody!

The daily mail recently published an article called ‘’worth the workout’’, where a celebrity trainer and his gym shy sister where sent to check out which of the most popular fitness workouts actually worked, and not surprisingly Boxercise was rated the highest!

Skipping (cone hops as alternative) 3 - 5 mins Warm up
Shadow Boxing 5 - 10 mins Technique
Paired Exercise 10 - 20 mins Aerobic Workout
Break 5 mins Recovery
Focus Pads 10 - 20 mins Technique, Fitness & Coordination
Light mobility exercises & Stretches 5 - 10 mins Cool - down

Classes currently held at: The Sebastian Coe Health Club, Jarvis Hotel, off A6 Blackrod.
Tuesdays 7 - 8pm.

Westhoughton Leisure Centre, off Bolton rd Westhoughton.
