The class looks at Boxing training techniques to provide an hour long exercise session. Exercise doesn't just have to be all about your legs! Boxercise provides a great work out for the upperbody!

The daily mail recently published an article called ‘’worth the workout’’, where a celebrity trainer and his gym shy sister where sent to check out which of the most popular fitness workouts actually worked, and not surprisingly Boxercise was rated the highest!
